KSeF
Poland's national e-invoice system, mandatory for all VAT payers.
Polish shops selling to businesses have to push invoices into KSeF rather than emailing PDFs. No dedicated app exists on the hosted platforms; the integration runs through Polish accounting software.

- Who it binds
- Businesses established in Poland: from 1 February 2026 for those above PLN 200 million turnover, from 1 April 2026 for everyone else. Every B2B invoice is issued through the government system, which assigns its number.
- Who is exempt
- B2C invoices, and foreign businesses without a Polish fixed establishment.
- Penalty
- Fines per invoice issued outside the system, phased in after a grace period.
