What the rule requires

Polish shops selling to businesses have to push invoices into KSeF rather than emailing PDFs. No dedicated app exists on the hosted platforms; the integration runs through Polish accounting software.

Who it binds: Businesses established in Poland: from 1 February 2026 for those above PLN 200 million turnover, from 1 April 2026 for everyone else. Every B2B invoice is issued through the government system, which assigns its number.
